- Garden Maintenance – £22.50/hour
- Home Maintenance – £25.00/hour
- High Ladder Work – £30.00/hour
This is the cost for one man per hour – if more men work on the job, the cost above is multiplied by the number of men working on the job. There is a minimum labour charge equivalent to 2 hours for 1 man. Materials required are charged on top of the hourly labour rate. Larger jobs may require labour and materials payments upfront. Completion timeframes are approximate. Alternatively, quoted work is a fixed price and requires 50% payment upfront and 50% on completion. All payments must be made within 7 days of the work being completed.
